Dear members:
On April 29, MMM Nigeria introduced a release (unfreezing) of ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’ for 10% of the amount of your own PH and for 10% of the amount of your referrals’ PH. There is a batch of members who have already got their ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’ completely released. At the same time, a lot of participants still have questions concerning this procedure of release. We would like to explain and give you some advice.
A new money rule is applied to the release of ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’. The new money has been calculated since April 29. The rule of the new money means that 10%-release is being calculated not from the total PH amount since April 29, but from the “netto” amount of PH (difference between the amounts you have contributed and withdrawn, it means the difference between the amounts of PH and GH requests). That was done to maintain the Community’s sustainability, to eliminate the possibility of artificial contributions: when a member would provide help for the amount he recently withdrew. In other words, without new money rule it would happen that the new money doesn’t come into the Community, but every time the release of 10% takes place.
Let’s explain this using an example. Assume a participant has withdrawn 1000 naira on April 30, and provided help for 3000 naira on June 1, then his ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’ will be released for 200 naira (for 10% of the difference between the PH and GH amounts after April 29).
Therefore, to have your ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’ released, you need to actively invite new members to  the Community. Attracting newbies, you get 10% as a referral bonus and 10% will be released from the ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’. So, you get 20% of the contributions of those whom you recruit. Take this opportunity! Those who have all their ‘Mavro-2016-Contributions’ released, did that just thanks to the PHs of their referrals.
When you invite new people to the Community, tell them all about the opportunities and risks. New members should understand why MMM is a Community for donation exchange and it is not an investment project. In MMM the members donate their spare money to each other not for making profit, but for assisting each other. The Community’s sustainability and growth fully depend on the actions of members themselves. The more active the members will be and the more they will follow the MMM values and ideas, the more sustainable the Community itself will be.
The stronger our Community is, the more options for sooner release of Mavro-2016 could be implemented.
By our efforts, MMM Nigeria will overcome!
